During the past year, one of my bikes was under repair, and Tricia Brown demonstrated superior patience and concern when answering and addressing any and all of my issues and questions. Everyone at the shop had great communication, a positive attitude, and were genuinely happy to assist me. Often times buying a new vehicle, the sales people make you feel like they are doing you a favor or are some sort of bother.
